1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Smart Maple's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Smart Maple's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Smart Maple's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Services Description

Smart Maple provides custom software development services including web development, mobile applications, backend & API development, data & AI solutions, and ongoing maintenance and support. All services are provided on a project basis or through ongoing service agreements.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when required
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Smart Maple and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Smart Maple.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon at the start of each project. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Smart Maple, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
